Further Massive Sulphides at Smiths Well for Empire Resources

Southern Geoscience Consultants would like to congratulate Empire Resources (ASX:ERL) on their recent sulfide intercepts at their Yuinmery Copper-Gold Project. Massive sulfides were intersected in two holes designed to test the down plunge extent of a well constrained DHEM conductor at the Smiths Well Prospect. This follows up their previous mineralised interval of 30.1 m @ 0.60%Cu, 0.17% Ni & 0.034% Co in YDD22-02.

Drillholes YDD22-04 and YDD22-05 intersected 22.38 m and 11.33 m of massive to disseminated pyrrhotite-chalcopyrite-pyrite sulfides. Assays are pending and keenly awaited.

DHEM is being successfully used to model the geometry of the sulfides intersected in previous drilling. Further DHEM is expected to identify any extensions to the conductive zone.

SGC Principal Geophysicist Matthew Hutchens is supporting the program with planning, modelling and interpretation of the DHEM surveys. SGC field services have been acquiring the DHEM data.
