Southern Geoscience Consultants would like to again congratulate Azure Minerals Limited (ASX: AZS) with ongoing, systematic drilling success at their Andover Nickel-Copper Project with the discovery of significant nickel-copper sulphides in all three initial diamond drill holes. Both ANDD0001 and ANDD0002 have returned high-grade nickel-copper sulphide assays, highlights being 3.9m @ 2.85% Ni, 0.47% Cu and 5.0m @ 2.09% Ni, 1.14% Cu in ANDD0001 and 4.6m @ 2.41% Ni, 0.48% Cu in ANDD0002.
Assays for the third hole ANDD0003, are pending and ANDD0004, which is testing an entirely new target zone defined by an extensive/strong FLTEM conductor, is nearing completion. DHTEM surveying is scheduled to recommence this week to further delineate the extents of this well-developed sulphide system.
