Southern Geoscience Consultants would like to congratulate Mincor Resources NL Resources NL (ASX: MCR) on their recent successful intersection of nickeliferous massive sulphide in diamond drill-hole MDD350 at the Cassini North Project. Drill-hole MDD350 successfully intersected 2.5m @ 6.6%Ni at only ~260m vertical depth and represents the first ore grade intercept in an exciting new channel position north of Cassini Main which is situated ~700m to the south.
DHEM survey data in adjacent drill holes highlighted the presence of a significant offhole conductor in a favourable geological setting and this was subsequently tested by MDD350. Recently completed DHEM on MDD350 has confirmed the presence of a conductor down-plunge from this hole.
SGC looks forward to further exploration drilling results at Cassini North and will continue to assist with ongoing systematic DHEM survey efforts.
