Aaron Green brings over 30 years of expertise in the mining industry, with a background as a geologist. Most recently, he served as a Partner at Environmental Resources Management (ERM) and held the position of Managing Partner at CSA Global Pty Ltd.

His experience covers roles with small to large mining companies, spanning early-stage, grassroots to brownfield exploration, near mine and resource definition, open pit and underground mining, and an extensive consulting career as a resource geologist and manager for almost 20 years. Core competencies include project evaluation, resource modelling, due diligence studies, business development, project management, staff management, and mentoring.

Aaron holds a Bachelor of Science with Honours (Geology) and a Graduate Diploma in Applied Finance and Investment. Is a Fellow of the Australian Institute of Geoscientists and a Graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
