Impact Minerals Multiple Drill Targets Identified at Apsley
Southern Geoscience Consultants are excited to be assisting Impact Minerals Limited (ASX: IPT) with their Apsley Prospect located in the highly prospective Lachlan Fold Belt, NSW.
New IP data acquired by Fender Geophysics at the Apsley Prospect has helped define numerous priority drill targets with the potential for the discovery of a major porphyry copper-gold deposit. The IP anomalies occur within the core zone of a large 2000m long by 500m wide soil geochemistry anomaly defined by copper-gold-platinum-palladium, a metal assemblage characteristic of alkalic porphyry deposits such as Cadia-Ridgeway. A drill rig has been secured and will commence drill testing as soon as practicable after the receipt of statutory approvals, expected by early March.
SGC looks forward to the forthcoming drill programme and will continue managing future geophysical efforts.
