Southern Geoscience Consultants are pleased to report that Medallion Metals Limited (ASX:MM8) have recently intersected significant Gold and Copper mineralisation at their Meridian prospect, along strike from the Kundip Mining Centre.
Intersections from the initial program returned high grade near surface gold, including :
· 5m @ 11.4 g/t Au, 1,572 ppm Cu, 1.4 g/t Ag from 32m (RC21MR009)
· 2m @ 6.1 g/t Au, 1,498 ppm Cu, 1.9 g/t Ag from 125m (RC21MR003)
· 4m @ 2.9 g/t Au, 411 ppm Cu, 0.1 g/t Ag from 58m (RC21MR008)
Downhole electro-magnetic (DHEM) surveys have defined multiple strong conductors consistent with massive sulphide that will be incorporated into the 2022 drill programme.
