Southern Geoscience Consultants would like to congratulate Estrella Resources Limited (ASX: ESR) with their ongoing success at Carr Boyd with the discovery of significant massive nickel-copper sulphides in step out deeper diamond drilling. CBDD048 has intersected nickel-copper sulphide mineralisation over an interval of 12.9m, including massive, semi-massive, breccia, matrix and disseminated Ni-Cu-Fe sulphides on the T5 pyroxenite contact 40m south of previous discovery hole CBDD030.
CBDD048 was aimed to test a previously modelled strong DHTEM conductor.
Phase 3 drilling/targeting efforts will also incorporate plans to extend DHEM coverage both north and south along the contact away from the T5 discovery area.
