The SGC Near Surface team was pleased to support Caravel Minerals (ASX: CVV) with water licensing for the Caravel Copper Project, located approximately 150 km north‑east of Perth.
The work conducted included a 3D interpretation of an open-file TEMPEST airborne EM dataset and bore data, as well as an extended passive seismic survey (two example lines shown) across the Barberton Terrace in the Perth Basin.
Both efforts supported Caravel Minerals in refining their hydrogeological model for the area, aimed at meeting the requirements of the Department of Water and Environmental Regulation.
