Southern Geoscience Consultants are pleased to be working with Caeneus Minerals Limited (ASX: CAD) on their detailed high-resolution airborne magnetic survey datasets at their Roberts Hill gold project near Port Hedland in WA.
Whilst the recent geophysical survey over Roberts Hill and Mt Berghaus was helpful in discerning the subtle magnetic characteristics of potential mantle-derived intrusive, the survey also assisted the understanding of the complex north-westerly and north-easterly trending linear features which appear to cross-cut and link with the Mallina and Berghaus Shear Zones on the De Grey Mining Limited tenure immediately adjacent to the Roberts Hill tenement.
SGC Consultant Geophysicist Russell Mortimer supervised the airborne surveys, enhanced processing and interpretation/analysis of the geophysical data acquired. SGC looks forward to the initial scout air-core drilling campaign to test many of the geophysical features identified.
